After Sales at Dickies,

Dickies do not sell on price alone, we also understand that today's customers demand and expect a world class standard of customer care. To this end we are committed to providing our customers with a quality of service that is second to none.

To ensure that we can meet our customers expectations we have now opened a dedicated customer care department designed to provide our customers with a single point of contact for all aftersales issues. This department is managed by an experienced Project Manager with a strong aftersales background. The customer care department is backed up by:

  • Over 50 full time staff including time served tradesmen in all key trade areas
  • Offices across the UK and in Europe able to provide a swift and professional response to service issues
  • Mobile technicians able to deploy at short notice
  • Strong working relationship with Beneteau Aftersales department
