Through Their team of Yacht Masters ShoreGuard manage all relevant claims, oversee repairs via their ‘high tech’ Control Room and settle outstanding invoices directly with repairers.

Marine Engineer Call-out
In the event of your boat being immobilised due to a breakdown ShoreGuard will provide a qualified Marine Engineer to assist you by diagnosing the fault, affect emergency repairs where possible and mobilise your boat to get you on your way
Recovery
Recovery to an authorised repairer
Where emergency repairs are not possible the vessel will be recovered to the nearest appropriate repair facility / dealer for the necessary repair work to be carried out.
Warranty Coverage
The comprehensive ALL MECHANICAL / ALL ELECTRICAL Engine & Powertrain Warranty will pay the Parts & Labour cost of repairing a breakdown caused by mechanical failure
Repatriation
Return to the customers home / berth
Once the necessary repair work has been completed the vessel will be returned to the customers home / home berth
