Owners comments for this Beneteau First 31.7:- "Boat only used for two seasons for light racing and cruising by father and son and kept in immaculate condition, maintained by them. Crockery and cutlery, Hot water and shower. A furling headstay at no extra cost if required, at present she has a tuff luff stay. To be sold with the 10 Kemp sails as listed (some unused). The Keel was epoxied and the Hull gelshielded when new."

The galley is located to port behind the saloon, it is well equipped with a two burner gimballed gas stove with oven, there is a fridge and a stainless steel sink with pressurized hot/cold water supply.
